Sticky TV Series I Currently Like and Recommend

A Murder at the End of the World

a mystery series with a new kind of detective at the helm – a Gen Z amateur sleuth and tech-savvy hacker named “Darby Hart” (Emma Corrin). Darby and eight other guests are invited by a reclusive billionaire (Clive Owen) to participate in a retreat at a remote and dazzling location. When one of the other guests is found dead, Darby must use all of her skills to prove it was murder against a tide of competing interests and before the killer takes another life.

A Murder at the End of the World stars Emma Corrin, Clive Owen, Harris Dickinson, Brit Marling, Alice Braga, Joan Chen, Raúl Esparza, Jermaine Fowler, Ryan J. Haddad, Pegah Ferydoni, Javed Khan, Louis Cancelmi, Edoardo Ballerini, Britian Seibert, Christopher Gurr, Kellan Tetlow, Daniel Olson and Neal Huff.

I spent all day Saturday watching The Peripheral:

At first, I didn't think I'd like it. The first episode was sort of all over the place. But, it really starts to hit it's stride on the second episode. I really is too bad they cancelled it.

Little Britain

TV Series 2003-2006. 23 episodes

This is one of the funniest T.V. shows I have seen in a long time. A mix of Monty Python, Kids In The Hall and toilet humor, Little Britain is laugh-out-loud hilarious.
Matt Lucas and David Walliams create some of the most memorable characters in a long time. Yes, the show runs their characters into the ground and it becomes repetitive but when they are fresh, these caricatures are winners.
Some of my favorites:
Marjorie Dawes, the hypocritical leader of the Fat Fighters, who calls her customers fat despite being overweight herself.
Sebastian Love, the openly gay aide to the Prime Minister of the U.K.
Emily Howard, the Victorian era cross-dresser.
Vicky Pollard, the fast-talking teenage delinquent.
Daffyd Thomas, who claims to be the only gay in the village when there seems to be plenty of them around him.
Kenny Craig, master hypnotist.
There's other characters I like, though some of them aren't as funny. It can be hit-or-miss.
The show also relies on a lot of toilet humor and tastelessness at times, seemingly in the later seasons.

Robson Green's Weekend Escapes

The 'Quote' say's it all.

Relax, reset and recharge. Robson takes the roads less traveled across his beloved North East England. With friends and family, he finds well being and adventure in wonderful places.

I know quite a lot about alcohol not only because I drink it and I am enjoying this series

Fargo Season 5
I've only seen the 1st season & movie but it seems like each season is pretty standalone (aside from some easter eggs here and there). I am enjoying season 5 though, Jon Hamm & Juno Temple are both doing a great job in it so far.

As far as upcoming shows go, I definitely plan on checking out True Detective Season 4, Masters of the Air and Tokyo Vice Season 2.

Loudermilk

on Netflix

Sam Loudermilk is a recovering alcoholic and substance-abuse counselor with a bad attitude. Although he has his drinking under control, Loudermilk discovers that when your life is a mess, getting clean is the easy part.

Been watching Reacher on Apple TV with my wife which is pretty good. My wife's favorite part is whenever Reacher takes off his shirt, which is often.

Billy the Kid....I've enjoyed watching this and I'm not really one for watching cowboy stuff

I watched SE01 of Severance last week.
Exciting stuff which was sometimes hard to get one's head around.

Sometimes it reminded me a bit of the film Inception.

Are the second and third seasons worth the watch? I have heard they don't reach  the quality of the first season

Have been really enjoying the Kevin Costner's "The West" - a well paced story of the wild frontier

I've just finished Stranger Things. It was emotional. I keep hearing rumours of a secret last episode that's yet to be aired. Time will tell I suppose. I'd recommend the series to anyone, although I doubt many people haven't heard of it.

Just watched A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, so far nowhere as good as GOT. I thought it was pretty boring.
Does that mean that there's no more House of the Dragon?

Billy the Kid....I've enjoyed watching this and I'm not really one for watching cowboy stuff

I liked it too although I hate endings where everyone gets killed except the heroes. Tulsa King was the same thing.

I enjoyed it too. It's a fun watch although the story could be a bit more realistic.

This was a good series. Too bad there are no new episodes.

Recently watched "Rental Family"
Wondering if such "rentals" happen in other countries also?

I haven't been able to watch a lot of TV lately but the last thing I did want was the Diddy documentary and that was wild. I liked the history of hip-hop that they went through along the way.

Watched "Heated Rivalry" recently and was flashed by the series. Took me a long time to start Lisa Kudrows "The Comeback" - absoulute comedy gold!
