Just watched Joe Pickett season one tonight and it is a good series if you like this kind of show.

Follows a game warden and his family during a changing political and socioeconomic climate in a small rural town.

I enjoyed season 1.
IMDb has a rating of 7.6 and I must say I agree with this..

11 episodes and will fill an entire day.

This might be right up your alley Dr. Pickles.

I had already listened to all the books, and found this to be a fairly accurate rendition of the first three books. I would enjoy seeing a second season!

If a second season is coming I would for sure watch but I am not sure it is on the way.

Season 1 ended up with a finish and not a cliff hanger so I kind of doubt we will see a second one.

I can appreciate this as it is done and I know the ending.

Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story

this is a very disturbing series, done very well and seems to be accurate to the true story. it shows the gruesome murders without being overly explicit about it, which in a way only adds to the physical discomfort you get from watching it.

Evan Peters does an incredible job portraying Dahmer, everything down to voice and mannerism is so well-acted it's borderline creepy. the fact that it is a true story and did occur is the frightening and shocking part. the scene where he consumes an organ of a victim is quite creepy and unsettling. some of the bar scenes could have been left out, but overall it is a series worth watching. i strongly recommend not eating when watching it, especially liver....fafafafafa

We have been watching HOMELAND these past few days.

I must admit it is a good show but I have only seen the first 5 seasons.
I am sure It will suck as most good shows go crappy after the first few seasons
What I mean is that many series start out very good but after a few seasons they get a bit humdrum...
Well worth a watch but as I have not seen all, I cant say how they are in later seasons

But the first seasons are pretty cool..

'Inside Man' on Netflix

The logline for Inside Man from Netflix is, "Everyone's a murderer – you just need a good reason and a bad day." That's exactly how the series begins. It's not a true crime series, but it could be. Jefferson Grieff (Stanley Tucci) is a former criminology professor on Death Row in an Arizona prison. He insists that everyone is a killer, you just have to meet the right person and set of circumstances.

this 4 part series was excellent and a "must watch". Tucci was brilliant and the rest of the cast was equally fantastic. i watched all 4 episode in one night. some of the IMDB reviews were negative, but if you can get past the sometimes disjointed plot, you will enjoy the series and the dialogue. i particularly enjoyed the performance of Tucci's cellmate, "Dillon".

i highly recommend this show.
