Warez-BB now blocked on Sky

[Dave R]

Seems to be totally blocked by Sky Broadband

[Katzenfreund]

Blocking is the sign of the times and unfortunately it looks set to get worse, especially in the so-called liberal and democratic countries. But at least while the site is still online, you can use proxies.

Which is more than you can say about many others like The Pirate Bay, which is now finally closed, and the file host search engines FileCrop and FilesTube, both of which have gone.

[chrasna]

they block it at dns level. Manually change your dns entries to an unblocked dns server.

Indeed, we met there and were kept up to date when BayW was hacked. And it's got a chatbox as well, which is not only for searching...

According to the wbb blog their site is up & running but seems no one can reach it, is it being blocked again?

It's up at the time of posting this message but may not be by the time it's read.
