Depends on the mood. I am in the pineapple-belongs-on-pizza club, but it has to be with breakfast bacon, not some chewy over-processed excuse for ham. I like the pepperoni that cups and chars when cooked. I like as many meats as possible. I like it loaded up with cheese but prefer fresh mozzarella over shredded and bagged.

Pineapple and ham, fight me

Ham I can get behind, but pineapple???? Not sure why pineapple gets a pass on pizza. If you said strawberries, or peaches, or blueberries everyone would (rightly) tell you that you were crazy,

Btw, do you guys grate cheese on the top or put slices of it? Tires doing the latter lately and was very happy with the results.
