Why is everything turning blue?

First Malewarebytes turned their icon blue.
Then Advanced System Care did.
Smart Defrag is more blue than anything else now.
KeyScrambler has slowly changed it's colour towards bluish green.
And now iCloud has changed from white to blue.

Did I miss the memo that said BLUE is the new BLACK.
