Which free host is BEST for users downloading

I was using 1fichier for quite awhile recently because I THOUGHT that since it had no size restriction and the download speed was really quick and I did not need to sign in with an account, free or otherwise it checked all the boxes.
However,
When I went back a couple weeks ago to see how the site was doing for free users to download I became aware that there was an hour wait between downloads. Drop.apk is the same I believe. So I tried to use Mega but they have now reduced the free registered user data max to 15 GB from what was originally 40GB.
Now it looks like Google drive is having some sort of glitch with downloads, at least today it seems.
Since most links these days are Rapidgator and I have been a premium user for several years I am set pretty good but what works the best for anyone who only uses free host sites it seems to be what's good in the US is horrible elsewhere and vice versa.
There are some free sites that only allow 500MB file sizes which means a typical 1080 x264 video of 4 or 5 GB would be in the area of 10 segmented RAR files. Others only allow 2 GB files.
Just trying to get a feel for what I should use as the "go to" site for requests.

Thanks for the update on 1F it was really good as a free user option before, didn't know it changed. Looks like most of the more popular or common file hosting sites are trying to monetize their service.

CNU, seems to be the next best file host at the moment. There are some others but each are unique in there own way such as mdiaload, hexupload, down.fast-down, krakenfiles, mixloads (similar to DPK) or of course zippyshare although it doesn't last long

- Googledrive - Freemium tier over ftp 3MB/s download min
- mega most of time atleast 4MB/s
- 1fichier ,if you force get free trial speed.
- cloudmailru 0.5 - 2MB download ,need spoof number to signup
- zippyshare is mediocre depending on time of day you can ~1.5MB+

- Some banned hosts are fast too but like if you don't have certain plugins you not gonna want to use them eg mixdrop which had freemium speeds at expensive of invasive redirect ads without extensions,hence it blacklisted...

Personally Store on Mega. Only thing is with these free hosts none fast enough to stream as you download like debrids.

I better throw my opinion into the thread.....this is what I have found so far...Mega sucks your resources when downloading from them, CU has a slow download speed if the file is over about 300-400mb, Ulozto, free but quite slow, 1F has a waiting time between each file, which can be a pain if you are getting a lot of links from them, yes you could use a VPN to get multiple downloads from 1F but you suffer on the back end with the speed, google is still good, just make sure they copy the downloads into their own google drive or you will get penalised for it by google, DailyUploads is still the fastest for me via JD2 although not on the friendly list anymore because of its bloody popups etc. Yes, again you could advise get an adblocker extension, all well and good if you know what you are doing but some people on the internet and in places like these don't really know what they have at their finger tips, shame but there we have it. Doodrive is ok. If I can't get what I want on the UF links I find out and about, I won't bother watching it. Its as simple as that now
