Above all else, make sure you play the master game. Some people will pursue women and gold, fame, adulation, love, wealth, free time. In the end, all of these games will disappoint. So what then is the master game? Self-realization. Enlightenment is a secret because it doesn't occur in time. So the advice I would give myself is to meditate twice a day, invariably. Your liberation is a sure guarantee.

My advice would be: "All is vanity. Whats is the use of men's wisdom when the foolish rests alongside the wise? Can a worm perhaps grow wings and fly into the sky? (defying its own nature). Be first humble to yourself and admit your own insignificance and utter inability to find what is not your own. When one is truly humble, then can wisdom find him. Men cannot find wisdom."

Invest in stocks, not in that weird haircut...oh, and skip the FUBU Jersey, trust me, it’s not a timeless look...

Finish the projects you start before someone else does it first.

1. It isn't a fad.
2. It'll be too late.
3. No, she won't.

self love and self confidence.
do not concern yourself with the opinions of others, for this is your life, not theirs.

Reacting even by doing the wrong thing. Acting on impulse without thinking it through.

In the end, though, I wonder: since I know my own nature, would my younger self, who is still me, be able to think differently?

Learn to set healthy boundaries and to be emotionally intelligent. And not to be the angry kid that doesn't understand how communication works ? Still applies to me know if only I would listen to myself lmao

Probably not a good idea to jump out of 3rd storey window of a town house when you're no older than 4, don't take your dad's smarties because they are not smarties, don't jump off of scaffolding from the 2nd floor of a house, don't drive your car on black ice going round a corner, Oh and when you've just built a breeze block den, watch out for people dropping breeze blocks on your head when you come out (they thought it was funny without thinking about the damage it can do to a child lol), lots of other silly things like what I've already mentioned. Apart from that, life shouldn't be too difficult until you hit the 90s. From 1997 - a lot of heart ache, a lot of misery, sadness, depression (although that's followed you since you were a child), job instability caused by the heartache, misery and sadness.....

Probably not a good idea to tell your boss you are going to do unspeakable things to him, if he carried on being a wanker. There is a certain way for a manager to deal with someone properly and he didn't have that ethos that so many of us do have.

When you go into the office make sure you haven't lost your head before hand......people don't tend to be very amiable towards raving lunatics (the boss had left the office before I got there lol....so many times that's happened and I don't know why? 🤣

I would tell my younger self that success, achievements, and approval from others won't fill the deeper questions of the heart. Spend less time trying to prove yourself and more time seeking truth, purpose, and a relationship with God. The peace you're looking for isn't found in having everything figured out—it's found in knowing the One who does.

Hanging out with the wrong crowd, will lead to decades of abandonment and loneliness. Do not allow anyone to step on you and use you. Even if it's your parents, if they are toxic, cut them out of your life. Staying true to those who have hurt you, will only continue the depression and thoughts of ending life. Once you cut those people out of your life, you will be able to live a more positive, less lethal life.

be more kind to yourself
someone asked me if I would treat a friend like I treat myself and I thought 'not even my worst enemy'

There's this woman in Indonesia that you're currently married to. Go find her now, not when you're in your 50s.
Go to Chiropractic school straight out of high school, not 15 years later. Move straight to Malaysia and open multiple practices.
