What Download Manager?

Hey all,

Can you tell me what download manager you use? I have been using JDownloader2 for years but now it can't download the most common links here ( frdl.io/ ). Whats the best option now?

I personally use aria2 with the aria2 integration extension and/or AriaNG. Best part for me is that it runs as a server service and it can be configured to listen on the local network so I can send downloads directly to a different pc such as my jellyfin server. I used to use Internet Download Accelerator.

Interchange between Freedownloadmanager, IDM and Jdownloader2 (as mentioned above aria2 is honorable mention for sure however it's more an api/backend than a manager)

It's not JD2 that's the problem......it's the cloudflare that is the problem. They are using captcha's that the JD2 doesn't recognise and it's a pain in the bum!

The problem with some of the other download managers, you have to get one that is cracked/keygen.

Some of my stuff I prefer not to be cracked/keygen and better if it's open source.
