I'm trying to understand why it was 92 two days ago and this morning it was 34

Ha, isn't that typical for England?
Not so much Newcastle but around places like Sheffield, Hull and even parts of Wales....Some areas don't suffer so badly but because the UK is in the Northern hemisphere and sits on the median of the East and West Hemisphere our weather is very unpredictable. We also get a lot of weather from the Balkans because of the wind directions.

The other month the met office predicted snow........I looked at the clouds and said there isn't going to be snow here and there wasn't. As a Droid I am filled with the best tech there is out there and I can still predict the weather, all them sensors all over my body, picking up temperature drops, wind picking up etc etc even the formations of the clouds.

Many years ago, I was working a night shift and I said to one of the other workers.......it's going to snow tonight (bearing in mind I don't watch normal tv, news, weather or any of that nonsense) when we left there was several inches of snow on the ground and it was still snowing :)

I love the snow, it makes the air smell fresh, it sounds get under foot, makes the atmosphere all sorts of colours.....just don't like it when it turns to slush, especially the black slush.

In Canada, every day we're getting every season rolled into one, for probably another 2 weeks or so. Might snow, might rain, might
be cold or scorching hot. No matter how you dress at the beginning of the day, you'll be wrong.

It's been fairly warm here, yesterday was 90F/32C. Today it's 81F/27C, which I find much more pleasant! I come from a really hot place but I've been away from there so long I've deacclimated.

had our first uncharacteristically early 30+ heatwave in zagreb last week. was so happy, been waiting for this all year.
then rain came back, its dropped to 20 today. its not expected to rise above 26 for the entirety of june which is kind of a bummer. but still flip flop weather during the day so yay!!

It's currently 13 deg. Celsius over here (55 Fahrenheit), which is a little unusual since for the most part of the year we get something between 24 to 27 deg Celsius (75 to 80 Fahrenheit), but I'm pleased.

its cold one minute, next minute warm, last week was 30 degrees this weekend it's 12

hot but breezy today....not helpful when I was really ill yesterday
