The picture of my place is about 6 or 7 years old.
So I prefer walking out the front when it's not raining for a better look.

A 6 or 7 year old photo is worth more than a recent one, which you can still take right now. It brings back memories and is good material for archiving, while it can no longer be created. Personally I prize highly photos of my old parent's house where I was born, and that's much more than 7 years ago.
