This is the genuine handbook that is a guide for new workers on how the company runs.

Actually it is the genuine article that was released on the internet via an employee of Valve after they got fired by the non boss called Gabe Newell back in Febuary this year.
(This is according to Gamasutra).
It is designed that way to appeal to young people (probably a lot younger than you or I are).
