Sticky TV Series I Currently Like and Recommend

Man I never would have guessed that in the year 2026 a game of thrones show would have won me over but damn Knight of the Seven Kingdoms rules.

Not sure if it has been mentioned yet... But recently I was really impressed with "Invincible" the comic book adaptation on Prime. I am looking forward to the new season. I feel it was really done well and keeps a true feel to the original comic line.

I highly recommend Mackenzie Crook's series "Detectorists."
It's the story of two guys who search for "treasure" with metal detectors...there are three seasons, and it's a really great series—funny, elegant, and addictive.
Detectorists
It was a huge hit in England, and Mackenzie Crook has just released the first season of his new series "Small Prophets," which is also excellent (more absurd and supernatural).

Finished binging on Columbo 😅 a bit old but very good.
The series spans over 30 years so you like see the evolution, they kind of also make some product placement I guess, like wow look at this remote tv, now you can switch channel with a remote...fascinating 😅

Bit of a nerd, really like anything spacey, watching the new Star Trek: Starfleet Academy also enjoy watching medical series like The Pitt.

You know how sometimes you watch a show and are sad to see it end? You just fell in love with the characters and it hurts to let them go?

For me, it was like that with Men of a Certain Age, a series that ran on TNT (of all channels) around 2009-2010, before getting canceled after two seasons. Almost no one seems to remember it these days.

It is wonderful and I strongly recommend this one if you can find it. If you like shows about ordinary people with ordinary, but interesting, lives and problems. No superheroes, no explosions. I found it on streaming recently and really dug it.

The late great Andre Braugher is in it, alongside Scott Bakula and Ray Romano.
