The federal government releases a rabbit into a forest and tells the FBI, CIA, and LAPD that whoever successfully finds that rabbit in three days would become the official law enforcement agency for the entire country.
The FBI combs the forest from top to bottom with their own agents, searching at and below ground level as well as with helicopters above, but fail to find the rabbit after three days.
The CIA covertly sends operatives to scour through the forest, using every resource available to gather intelligence, but fail to find the rabbit after three days.
The LAPD’s officers enter the forest. Three days later, they drag out a bear and are beating the crap out of it. After several minutes of nonstop beating, the bear finally screams, “Fine, fine, I’m the rabbit! I’m the rabbit!”
