Though I do believe in god as a Christian, we have to accept that beliefs among people vary, not to mention superior non-human beings.

God is ok for those that want & let him into their lives...however they are foolish if they believe they are a higher authority thru him on a warez board when I'm around.

If you wish to know my views.... and you don't... but tough...

I take the good bits from all Gods and reject the bad... I believe in all Gods... I believe that man created Gods as a set of morals to live by...

For example, I reject those parts of Islam to do with child brides... obviously... but accept Islam when it says you shall not kill... (which has been perverted by cretins for their own evil ends)

and lets face it.... Thor gave us Thorsday (Thursday) so that is cool.... and he also gave us some damn good movies...

As most of you know, I'm a Buddhist and, as such do not believe in an all knowing, all powerful god. I believe that I am the sole master of my fate. If I don't like my present circumstances, there is no one to blame or to beg for help. I am responsible for my karma and only I can change my karma. Some thinkers have even hinted that the universe may be sentient. Now wouldn't that be a hoot? Would that mean that the universe is a god?

Well, yes.... if you accept that life is the Universe... it has to be THE God simply because without it... there would be nothing. The Universe is in harmony, it all works... so it must be sentient in some ways....
