Rule 11: "Do not post hacking utilities, flooders, spam tools, virus making tools/tutorials, or anything that can do potential damage."
My Issue With That wording is Now How Does This apply to corporate software.
We Have burp suite pro,Nsauditor and Acunetix ,Both Plenty powerful enough even for a script kiddie to generate a fake token and abuse oversights in website design.
Then We Have:
And Probabaly more...
So Becuase CEH and Pentest+ Are valid Careers and It Certifications does that invalidate rule 11. Like A Debugger such as ollydbg Is A perfectly modest piece of software for developers.Though It can easily be turned into a a software crackers dream with the correct knowledge.
All in all I think This rule needs to be reworded ,as of now its very vague and leaves too much room for grey areas.
Hacking is gaining access to something without permission.Allot of security auditing and vulnerability analysis tools used by enterprises can fall under this category as they used in the process of abusing or finding exploits to gain access to something they don't have permission to access. Do we allow Kali Iso's becuase kali is a legitimate os in enterprise white hat security auditing?
