Our New Meezers (Siamese)

Here's a link to a few pics I took today of our two new additions to the colony. Their names are Baby and Fancy. They are sisters from the same litter, but Baby is much smaller due to a congenital heart condition and a stage 5 murmur. We're going to take her to the University of Minnesota Vet Cardiologist for an Ultrasound to see if her condition is repairable through surgery.

First of all, congratulations on the new high quality additions to the family.

I'll add my best hopes for poor Baby. Your efforts for her are much to your credit.

Looking at the positive side, some good pics, as most cat pics are, of these very special specimens. Siamese is one of the cat breeds I recommend on my CATS site and, if you like, I can use the following as a typical representative of the breed:

Super. Thanks. My only recommendation would be to change "owners" to "people" as in Siamese like to chat with their people. That denotes that it's a mutual association rather than an ownership type of relationship.

The word "owners" was used in accordance with conventional terminology, as (wrongly) understood by many site visitors. Of course, it is well known, and the subject of one of the site's quotes, that nobody owns a cat.

Nevertheless, "their owners" has now been replaced by "household members".
