I started my application for Obamacare
Was not eligible for payment assistance but it says "$45k and under are eligible" I don't see $45k in 3 years income :shock:

So, I call
"Glitch in system" My Social Security Disability is being seen as SSI" needs to be corrected :lotpot:

Ok, they take care of that I think and still "Not eligible"

My name on my birth certificate is Joseph and that's how it is on my Social Security Card as well.

On my application I spelled it Joe, which is what I go by Joe, big shit

So now they want a copy of my SS Card and my Birth certificate to prove I am a US citizen :lotpot:

I filled in a from with my shortened name and got a phone call asking why someone was filling in forms for me.
When they said what was wrong I said can't you just change it and continue going.
Nope they sent out a whole new form. So it took another 2 weeks to get back to the top for processing.

You can't even liquid paper on our forms so if you screw them up you have to call and ask for another sometimes.
The Mrs did that when Miss 8 was born. She did her shortened name too.

Luckily enough Nev this is all online so I don't have to mail anything; upload it in the account I set up and they can view it there, approve it and move on.

Getting around to approve it is taking a week though. :shrug:

Once its all straightened out though looks like my $450 a month insurance premiums go bye bye :clap:

Boy you are a dumb*ss, if you told them from the get go that you were here illegally - you would have qualified for the Premium plan with low deductibles... (and they would have sent you a brand new SS Card)!

It's the screwy flaws in the system that screwed it up and now I hear the whole Obamacare servers are being looked into do to the flaws. Problem is on their ends. :whistling:
