we never hear much about prisons, only when there is a riot and some one gets hurt, but life in prison must adjust to the needs of some people which ever sex they are, many years ago when soldiers went to war they had to leave their wives at home and to be be sure that they did not run wild they made them wear a "chastity belt" who knows? it may become a fashion for some prisoners?

if he had a dick, how was he identified as a female? a birth certificate should state what a person is, male or female and that is what any judgment should be made on, any change later is a personal choice and should not be used in any law when a crime has been commited.

it is a crazy world we live in, but being born a male or female is not any ones choice and that is a fact (that does not include abortion) the choice comes later, like nationality. Having a sex change is personal and should be kept as such, as being a Mormon, you do not have to tell the world you are one as it is your own belief and you agree to the terms and conditions. I always say if you are happy with what you have and do not upset others every one can live in harmony.

In the UK everyone but indigenous population are helped/assisted/given more benefit/looked after etc etc The Mayor of London wants everyone to be included so he has earmarked millions to build an apartment building just for trans. That's not inclusion, thats exclusion. They say they want to be treated no differently and yet they are making such a noise about being treated the same, that in actual fact they want to be treated differently.
Here's something else to bear in mind whilst you seem to pander to those that can not make the decision about their gender, when its pretty simple. If you're born with a dick your a man, if you aren't born with a dick you are a woman. It doesn't matter what your head tells you, you can not argue with mother nature. Some of them are now expecting us hetrosexuals to call them they or them, now sorry but they can not be defined as a multiple personality, if that is the case they its not a natural issue its a mental health issue. If we do not see ourselves as "I" the first person it also shows they have mental health issues not gender issues but its so much easier just to throw some hormone treatment at a person and wheel them into an operating theatre and perform sex change operations than to actually send them to someone that will assist them in their mental health issues.

As I pointed out above, a man identifies as a woman gets put in a womens jail and gets 4 of them pregnant, that is not a bloody personal choice over their sexuality, that was a deliberate act to get away with rape! Yes RAPE! Men are using the identification to get into womens changing rooms, womens hospital wards etc and are getting away with rape! If you are going to identify as a different sex then you should have what the opposite sex has in the way of organs. So, dick should be cut off and the balls before any man gets to see the inside of a womans ward/prison etc etc

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights is doing away with men's and women's washrooms in a move it says makes the space safer for 2SLGBTQ people.
The CMHR has made all of its washrooms gender-inclusive, the museum announced Tuesday, coinciding with the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia.
"People are still faced with being forced into addressing or acknowledging or engaging in a binary systemic that continues to cause harm, so these kind of steps to remove some of those barriers is helping," said Haran Vijayanathan, director for equity and growth with the museum.
" Oops, sorry luv', did I get any of that on you"

People are entitled to be who they want, how they want and go about their business how they like.
I just ask not to shove it down my throat. In some cases I feel there are things in today's society being forced upon me.

this is where the media become involved and I did note an article last week in a newspaper that a player in a major english football team told his team mates that he had a sex problem, why does this have to be published? he gets paid for playing football, not advertising. ( maybe he wants a transfer to the female team) just an after thought.
