Metal music - recommendations

I believe that there are some metalheads here I am looking for something new to listen to and I count on you here that you have something to recommend. Please just take more classic approach about the genre : Death, black, thrash, power, heavy metal, etc; even industrial, goth would be great.
Just drop core and nu-metal stuff. I respect them ( Lorna Shore is great! ) but this is simply not my cup of tea

From my side I will leave you with some albums by bands which you could not know about. Though generally I suggest to check songs from different albums too. Hope you like them :

Ellende - Zerfall (Black - but a bit modern)
Nazghor - Seventh Secular Crusade (Black - more melodic)
Misþyrming - all albums have something to offer ( black - really worth checking out)
Fulci - Tropical Sun ( Brutal Death)
Frozen Dawn - The Decline of the Enlightened Gods ( considered to be melodic black but I would say more melodic death according to my ear)
The Spirit - Songs Against Humanity ( black/death metal - more melodic approach - one of my favorites recently)

Have a listen to Blind Guardian if you like power/speed metal. It's a German band and they incorporate heavy fantasy, mythological, and literary themes into their music.
