I myself do this and there is probably people that already know how to do it but thought I'd share it for those that don't already know.
Step One: setup an account as normal, at this stage you don't need to put on any VPN for anything, just set it up and if it asks for your country just put Argentina anyway just to make sure it will work.
A few things to note with this method, You can also share it with family and friends by setting up YouTube family, I'd also highly recommend doing a family setup anyway just to add an English account to the family group that you will use instead of the Argentina one you use to pay otherwise you'll get recommend nothing but Argentina content.
WARNING you MUST setup the family group prior to even using a VPN and paying otherwise it will NOT let you add any family members to your group as the system will believe you're in argentina and your family are in the UK so it just won't allow you to add anyone.
You can setup a family group via YouTube, I believe it to be somewhere in the settings, once setup add the people you want to enjoy the premium benefits and send them an invite, Also I personally invite my own account at this point or just create a new one for yourself to use and invite in order to get an English YT account. Because if you don't and decide to just use the main Argentina account that makes the payments as I mentioned earlier you'll be recommended lots of content from argentina, and we don't want that.
Step 2: After creating the family group and inviting whoever you want to join (Note, the people you invite must also accept the invitation prior to you making payment). That is the point whereby you turn the VPN on and set it to Argentina, then refresh the page and then click sign up to premium, currency should now display as pesos, then make the payment as normal. I also think you get 1 free month of premium if I recall as it's a new account.
Step 3, Enjoy your premium for £1.70 a month. (Prices could fluctuate)
Additional info: Only downside I've experienced with this so far is if you're an android phone user and your Google play account is the same one as the one that is added to the family group, it messes up your regional settings in the Google play store and it can't be fixed so as a result I've had to use a different Google play account to download UK apps. Other than that this it works great.
