Maybe you have noticed that the media market is full of books and tv programs on food, every one has a say in what, how and where it is done, so there are complaints about people being too fat, so the next media craze is to tell you how to loss weight, it is like a kitten chasing it's tail, going round and round. So the question is, do you live to eat or do you eat to live?

Well it is Pie, mash and Liquor ( Parsley sauce, traditionally made with the Eel cooking liquor ) ) for me tonight, a good old English staple from way back when we didn't have to answer to the calorie police, this is at home but if we eat at the Pie and Mash shop it will also include Faggots and Peas, that will give the calorie counters
a coronary lol

At this point in my life I don’t care what kinda food I put in my mouth LOL let them all say I’m fat. If ya can’t take it stay off social media LOL

I do take care of what I eat as I do not eat meat in any form, plenty of fruit and vegetables, spices, herbal teas and raw garlic every day, the smell of garlic can be lowered by chewing cloves. :):):)

I’ve learned from my cat to like my food and to prefer it simple and natural.

My theory is that what you like eating is what you are used to like eating. So it makes sense to cultivate healthy eating habits, after which you won’t even want to touch the junk.

In my efforts to apply the above theory, I’ve become a bit of a health nut. Despite that, I still have to struggle to keep my weight under control. I need some more advice from my cat on that, except that he is himself a little overweight.

I'm a hunter and gatherer. I could never live without my meat and potatoes. Rare steak with bake potato for supper and steak and eggs for breaky.

I guess if you consider a meatless life lucky LOL jk each to their own buds good luck!

the last time I ate meat was in NZ, more sheep than people, I enjoyed a large beaf steak laced with garlic. conditions make you choose.
