Demonoid is back!

The once popular BitTorrent tracker site Demonoid, which shut down in mid-2012, has been brought back as a "beta" by some of its members. Your old login should still work if you had one. Invitations are now being given out. The disclaimer says they won't give out invites until they are sure the system is stable so it must be good.

I find it encouraging that torrent sites don’t just disappear but also come back.

Sweet, and me login still works. I wondered what happend to demonoid when it disappeared but since it was a torrent tracker the conclusion was logical. I was hoping it would come back in 1 form or another and i somehow found out where & how .

i don't use em much either, tracking risc etc. They're my last resort. I always use filehosts first

I usually use torrents for large downloads, such as whole tv series or games i have trouble finding filehosts for.

Interesting. I've just tried and it seems it's not gone private yet, so you don't have to log in to use it. Just click on Torrents and you can download what you like.
