CIA developed Analysis software

Hi,
I was watching a show called CONTACT US, mostly to do with investigating UFO's. It was mentioned in that show they used a CIA developed analytical software. They typed in a word and search world wide, apparently it searches for information and comes back with results and shows the relevancy e.g. 96%, 84%, etc, etc.

Does anyone know what software is called and is it available ?

I very much doubt that software would be available on the high street. Yahoo and Google both omit sites when you do a search.....because they don't fit in with the NWO, no software is going to change that for us, the unwashed
