I've been flying only the same route, but each time is a new experience. Last time we took our then..2 year old? It was a lot of extra walking to keep her calm, but in the end we did get lots of compliments on her behaving well. I highly doubt they saw how much work it took, nor did they see her break down clear across the airport because she suddenly decided she didn't want to walk anymore. The flight was delayed on our way home so it was super early and we dropped her bottle...which meant it went to the seat behind us where two people were sleeping. I tried and tried but couldn't reach it so we had to wait till we landed to wake them up and even they barely could get it. Fun of these tight seats I guess and apart of me wants to be like why cant there be small dividers, I hate that if I drop something it could end up in the back of the plane. Give toddler a bottle, pacifier, or whatever and its going to be dropped so help us out some! Butttt then I think about them making our carry ons even smaller and I shush up.
