Maybe you guys know of these sites already.
I use these sites to directly download firmware updates for all Apple devices. I always copy the link and download in my DL Manager. Then drop the file in the appropriate iTunes folder. I also save the files I download in an external for later use if need be.
But the good thing is it's great for guys with crap internet like me, I can control the bandwidth used when downloading. Not like iTunes using all your bandwidth for 2-4.5gig files.
