1. I posted a new thread it was in music and was a not friendly link and looks like it was deleted...not a big deal but it was a worthy va- from a SF radio station and rare thats why i put it up.

2. I know it was a not friendly link but i don't get that tab in options when posting only friendly previx or no prefix which when selected no prefix cuz it was not friendly tells me to select prefix? and can't post...I see other posts here that say "Non friendly...but i don't get that option

you just need to post one friendly host off the list and nothing else if thats what you prefer but you can always add others that are not on the friendly list eg rapidgator as long as they are accompanied by a friendly host.
I would suggest

mega.nz drop or zippy
code all links and post as much info in the thread as you can no upper case in titles ;)

Rules are rules, we all have to follow them and that includes the staff. Doesn't matter if its rare, brilliant, the best seller, longest number 1, greatest film of all time, the best game in the world....it does not matter.

The Rules are clear, unlike your 2nd point, which makes no sense to me.
The point is, as pointed out, that you don't have a point with either of the two points.
