Just wondering if anyone else is considering the new 14" Macbook Pro, i am using a 13" M1 Macbook Air at the moment but the new one has caught my eye as an ideal image editor but it is just the eye watering price of £1899 that dampens my enthusiasm

Im using a 15” Mac Book Pro, it’s a older model couple years old. I love it!
I went from a 2011 MBP to the M1 Air and it was like night and day, the best thing for me though is the lack of a fan in the Macbook Air, i certainly do not miss

Unless you really need the mobility, a desk-top with 24 inch (or more) monitor, true HD (1920x1080), LED, HDMI, is what you need for easy work, watching videos and playing games. And it will be much cheaper too.
technology changes daily, there is always some thing bigger, faster or smaller and that is how the economy system works, I am not into video games and that is where most money goes,
I still use Windows 7, it does what I want it to do,with the new systems you do what Microsoft, apple and google want you to do, you lock yourselves into them.
I have had my wife for many years, I am more than satisfied as she knows me and we work in harmony, I do not want to change her for a new model as that would cause problems with my system,
but temptation is always there in it's many forms.
