Anyone ever get a movie file and the file name is correct but the details of the file inside the Title is EVO which screws up Media Players ?

Same here the file was always huge and the quality was always poor. Tried it once and never again
I use 2021 Metadata MKV.bat with ffmpeg to stip out the name which takes like 1minute or 2 for 4K file which works great Still a hassle BUT the problem sometimes it has multiple audio tracks and it stips out the names for each track so you end up with just audio 1 audio 2 etc. Now I have to use VideoProc to strip out the other audios to leave just one NOW that takes several hours Grrrrrr. But hey that's the Pirates life LOL for FREE. For years never had issues with MKV because the name is usually in the beginning and scrapers had no trouble figuring out what movie it is. But when all it is EVO must get his jollies
Are you talking about the properties? If so, you can also use mp3tag. I use it on RARBG films that I pick up from time to time.
MP4 files you can edit in windows property manager. MKV nope they are a pain in Arrss
Not really... MP3Tag will take care of anything that wasn't encoded with VP9. MKVToolnix handles all of them. That's how I ended up finding some encoders who put their names or websites as the name of the subtitle or audio track.
