i just noticed the nominee and vote i had casted was removed
i am just wondering why members should nominate or vote if they are just going to be removed

There were 2 days left and the members with 1, 2 and 3 votes were removed as they had no chance of winning. There is a close race between 2 members and I didn’t want to have any new votes casted wasted. I do this to try to avoid the confusion and headache of a tie when voting has ended.

I do see your point/concern and I will consider removing this procedure in the coming months.

i will just let others do the nominating in case that nominee is removed at the end of the voting and only vote towards the very end of the voting process so that my vote counts.
