What’s the best advice you ignored at first?

For me: “Consistency beats motivation.”
Used to think motivation was everything, but honestly most progress comes from showing up even when you don’t feel like it.

I ignore that a lot and probably will be the answer I eventually give when I stop ignoring it.

For me: A narrow focus brings big results

I am used to overextending and trying to do everything and then failing; now I try to have a narrow focus.
