I tried it, but it's way too complicated for this old fart to waste what little time I have left on learning it.

We don't have it natively for linux.I Find Gimp way better anyway so can't complain. Good recommendation though.

Paint.net is a lot easier than Photoshop or Gimp. For those who still find it complicated, there's always good old Microsoft Paint (not to be confused with Paint.net).
