Thing is you never get the speed they say. Before I moved I had 1 100mb connection and max I got out of it was 11mb

I hate Virgin Media Chrissarah...
They claimed that Fibre Optic was down on my street with a letter saying: "Congratulations! Your street now has Fibre Optic installed."
Six times I have a letter stating that in the last two months and each time I have asked about it via phone to some I.T dept in Bangladesh they say "This is not possible yet"
and the only package I could get was this quote: 'That means we can't give you fibre optic broadband, or TV.' 'Would you like to change your phone provider to us instead....'

You can guess what part of the sales persons anatomy that I told that they could shove it.

I'm actually just outside Central London & am lucky to get 6mb down 0.80mb up.....

I guess I'm in the slow boat here

But yu know, all I do is a little browsing and basic stuff with free user downloads at 100Kbps so I'm not trying to keep up with my neighbor the Jones :whistling:

My cable co. Insight just got bought last year and its now transitioning to Time Warner (Got first Time Warner bill this month) and it just plain sucks.

Afterall Time Warner is the watchdog for the MPAA we all know

That's actually quite good. I have Charter cable, It's not as fast as yours, and I can't test it here from work. But at work, we have our own dedicated lines. They USED to be average, but I just tested them now, and wet myself a little.

I have no idea when the upgrade took place. It used to be 10mbit down, 5mbit up. Now it appears to have been multiplied by ten!
Time to queue those downloads!
