Not sure if you can use this in other countries but cant see why it wont work if you sign up with Vpn in Uk. Dont forget you can cancel it straight away but will still get your 5 Mths. CC needed but nothing taken from it.

Not sure US would be able to try this even with a VPN
I think the UK is a tough nut to crack with a VPN if you are not living there.
